Join us as we check in with our project coordinator Diana Lu in conversation with Romana Lee-Akiyama, deputy director at the Office of Immigrant Affairs for the City of Philadelphia. She discusses racism and aggressive acts over this past year toward the Asian-American community in the city and beyond, as well as topics to be covered at the AAPI Town Hall with city leaders this evening. We’ll also hear a poem by Kazim Ali, and a Germantown Voices story with Supreme Dow honoring his mother Dody Dow.
