We recap the Prevent Predatory Home Buying community discussion last night held by GREAT (Germantown Residents for Economic Alternatives Together) and how this issue is affecting our neighborhood. We’ll talk to Ann Doley and Dionne Chambers from GREAT’s Housing Committee and also check in with Community Legal Services’ lawyer Michael Froehlich about the laws surrounding predatory homebuying tactics. We’ll also hear another Germantown Voices story from new resident and poet Doriana Diaz.
